These dogs are trained to locate and indicate 'live' persons trapped in the aftermath of natural disasters or terrorist atrocities. The dogs are trained using the latest methods and techniques to utilise their olfactory ability to its limits resulting in dogs capable of assisting around the world at such occurrences. These dogs are trained to world recognised standards. Several members of the Dog Detectives staff have attended disasters in various locations around the world to help with relief efforts and therefore have the hands on experience of these situations.
